Paula Clements has acted in inquests that have included death from clinical accident, and deaths road traffic accidents. She advises local authorities and the private sector and represents interested parties during inquests and on appeal and Judicial Review.

Paula Clements defends nurses before the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and other professionals before their professional regulators. Paula Clements also undertakes general regulatory law work.

Paula Clements has a succesful practice in the family courts. She also undertakes work in the Court of Protection.
