Simon
Oliver has specialised for many years as a regulatory law
lawyer.
He has particular expertise in special needs law, education law, sports
law, and
applications in the family division concerning vulnerable and
incapacitated adults and children.
Simon undertakes work in
all regulatory law, including judicial review and appeals.
He is co-author of Special Education Needs and the
Law (2nd Edition) Jordons 2006

Simon Oliver has now taken up a full-time appointment as Deputy President of the Care Standards Tribunal and Recorder. He is therefore no longer undertaking private practice work. Chambers wishes to congratulate Simon Oliver on his appointment.
